PARTICLE MONITORING SYSTEM

SistelCONTROL offers non-viable continuous monitoring and counting solutions for classified zones (A, B, C, D) in pharmaceutical laboratories.

The system can integrate the different particle counters on the market. The monitoring system allows the visualization of the counter status, the particle values in real time, manage alarms and generate process reports.

The system allows to integrate environmental probes and to have several viewing stations. Monitoring software includes IQ (installation qualification) and OQ (operational qualification) protocols. Our development procedures based on rigorous standards such as GAMP Quality Risk Management, we also have ISO 9001 certification.

CONTROL BATCH

In a batch process, a sequence of chained operations is executed. Each of which is controlled by one or more phases that perform simple functions such as water loading, addition, stirring, heating, cooling, mixing, etc.

In the batch management system, the operator can select, after authorization, the production recipe, the formula and execute in automatic or manual mode the different operating sequences.
